What to eat when you are afraid of another gallbladder attack, or of eating causing pain.


Green beans - not the same dry
Sweet potatoes
Avocado - a good way to get needed fats directly to food
Vinegar of all types
Help with the garlic and onion with cleansing the liver, but not treated as types of flakes or powder. But some people find it difficult to digest, so be careful
