Crohn's disease is another inflammatory bowel disease. Crohn's disease involves the terminal ileum in 30% of cases, about 50%, is a disease of the ileum, colon, and sometimes affects the colon. In fact, any segmentbof intestine may be affected (including the esophagus, stomach, duodeni or appendix, but much more rarely).
